Are there income eligibility limits?

The Urban Learning Center is designed to meet the needs of low-income residents—reaching out to people who otherwise would not have the opportunity to attend college. However, we are also committed to making the process of participating in the ULC simple, with a minimum of “red tape.” A new student’s financial need is evaluated on an individual basis to determine initial eligibility. After registering for 4 courses students will be required to provide documentation of income and will be assisted in completing financial aid forms.
